Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to get my orders?
Due to the nature of being hand-carved, there is a processing time of 2-5 business days after you place your order. Once processed, your items will be packed and shipped on the same day or the following day. The shipping time may vary and typically takes between 7-22 business days, depending on your country/region.
Track my order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will contain the shipping details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled in 12 hours after placing the order. Contact support@WoodWhimsy.com to cancel an order. Any order cancelled after 12 hours or after processing has started for custom items customer will be charged with 45% restocking fee.
What do I do if I received an incorrect order?
